What sets Luka apart isn't equipment or marketing, it's our diagnostic discipline. We see chimneys every day that were serviced by someone else and left with misdiagnosed problems or unnecessary repairs that cost homeowners real money. Our inspection process is methodical and camera-documented, meaning nothing is left to guesswork or verbal description. We work on all chimney types, traditional masonry, prefabricated factory-built, gas fireplace flues, and high-efficiency insert systems, across Westport and the surrounding Fairfield County towns. When we identify a problem, we explain it in plain English, show you the photographic evidence, and present your options honestly, including the option to monitor and address it later if that's genuinely appropriate.
We are proud to be part of the Westport community. We sponsor local youth athletics, hire locally, and price our work to be fair for the families and longtime residents who make up the core of our customer base. We don't run high-pressure seasonal promotions or manufacture urgency around routine maintenance. If your chimney is fine, we'll tell you it's fine. If it needs work, we'll show you exactly why and give you a written quote before we touch anything. Luka is here for the long relationship, the annual sweep, the masonry repair five years from now, and the honest referral to a plumber or roofer when the problem you called us about turns out to be outside our scope. That's who we are.
